Job Description

We are offering positions for placement students to join our Belfast team to support our programs. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team using cutting edge technology and help guide future products. We offer a one-year industrial placement in a wide variety of departments, from software development to quality assurance, in which we will engage your skills to their full potential. As a placement student your role within the team will be very valuable to the success of the team.

  • Student will gain knowledge of working in a cyber security company engaging in product development and optimize product workflows.
  • Work includes gather and analyze data to design, troubleshoot, and implement the frontend and backend systems for web applications using Python, html and java script.
  • Analyze and improve efficiency and scalability of web and backend applications.
  • Involved in test verification process and automation scripting to improve product quality

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience

  • Student of a University
  • Preferred field of study: Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Familiar with Python (preferred), Java, C++ or Ruby
  • Strong motivation and commitment to work in the complex environment of an
  • international organization.
  • Team player, communication skills, enthusiasm for IT
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
