Polyloop is a new web platform that is fundamentally disrupting the way government departments work and communicate with each other. We are a young, growing, agile team backed by significant investors, placed within a thriving creative community at Portview Belfast.
Our parent studio Urban Scale Interventions is a fast growing, creative start-up studio which delivers exciting high impact projects that solve issues in the places we live, work, and play.
One of the studio’s key disciplines is Tech for Social Good which focuses on the development of digital platforms and products that look to make a social impact through our experience of identifying challenges within government.
We are an energetic and passionate multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, urbanists, and strategists that are working on some of Northern Ireland's most exciting and meaningful creative projects. All of our work is grounded in real insight by working closely with community groups and stakeholders through on the ground engagement and co-design techniques.
The project and role
We are working on an exciting SaaS platform that will transform how governments' align policy, measurements and impact outcomes within their project pipeline and in relation to community and economic impact. With very strong interest from public sector and third sector organisations and ambitions for international growth, Polyloop are looking for a Web Application Developer to carve out a specialism within the team that will be supported through the continued growth of the studio.
This is a chance for a developer to be a part of a growing team to develop commercially viable products alongside a young, diverse team of Branding, UX, Strategists, Researchers and the studio Partners. The role is for someone who wants to learn new things, come with a solution-first mentality and work in a small team with exposure to all elements of the product's development process.
