Our technology allows our clients to do more than 70% of the UK's and 50% of the US' background casting in film and television. Our platform has been used on nearly half of the high-end television made in the UK. We’ve been part of realising major productions such as No Time To Die, the Venom franchise, Black Widow, The Crown, Killing Eve, Mindhunter, The Witcher, Wonder Woman, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Downton Abbey, 1917, Bohemian Rhapsody, Mission Impossible 6.

The part you’ll play:

  • Use your demonstrable technical knowledge to actively and directly contribute to the resolution of technical challenges our teams face
  • Partner with the existing management team to expand on our key practises and ideas ensuring consistent investment into the development of the potential of our developers
  • Engagement with reports on their career development by creating and tracking meaningful goals
  • Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues as well as the wider organisation to enable transparency

How you’ll play your part:

  • Leveraging your proven track record of people management, ideally with teams of six or more reports
  • Strong technical leadership and software delivery experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and in a coordinated way globally
  • Using your understanding of working in SME environments and the need to balance autonomous work with corporate governance
  • Exercising strategic thinking that ensures tactical actions help deliver and support the group’s long-term plans
